About COE GPN.
The COE GPN is a response to the growing need to enhance collaboration across the county offices of education (COE). All California COEs are welcome to participate in quarterly meetings to share knowledge and best practices around grant administration and management. The COE GPN is a committee of the California County Superintendents.
